What’s meant by a brain-based approach?
It’s an approach to development informed by how the brain-works, how people are wired and what’s happening in the brain when people are working together and developing their capability. For me as a trainer/facilitator/coach, it informs a number of things
- A facilitation structure that engages the brain as ‘connection machine’ for greater innovation and insights
- Tools and templates that give space for self-directed learning
- Content that translates understanding from fields such as Social-Nueroscience into practical and pliable tools for leaders.
